CHARLIE
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Charlie is a platformer where you can switch between states to complete the challenges.
The aim was to create a hybrid of worlds that you switch between with the loose concept being to move between dreams and nightmares. Depending on which state you’re in, depends on how you move.
We had some more ideas, and ran into a few issues, for this game but could only implement/fix some in the time that we had. If you play, and enjoy our game, please leave us a comment and let us know! We’d love to continue development if people enjoy it!
Note: It’s much, much easier to play with a controller! Keyboard controls are extremely hard!

Nice environment vibes! Parts of the game where you need to repeatedly switch perception could be a bit problematic for people with epilepsy, so maybe an epilepsy warning would be a good idea. You could also add an option reduce the amount of contrast between the 2 perception states.
